Refund policy

Sleep on it for 60 nights. If you're still on the couch, email us and you get your money back.

The 60 nights start the day your order is delivered, not the day you place it.

How to claim. Email support@vespergoods.com from the address you ordered with, or include your order number. You do not need to give a reason, and you do not need to send anything back. Used earplugs cannot be resold, so you keep them.

When you are paid. We refund the full price of the item to your original payment method within 5 business days of your email. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.

What it covers. Everything in the order: a single kit, the partner pack, and the contoured sleep mask. One claim per customer for each product.

Damaged or wrong item. If something arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, email us a photo within 14 days of delivery and we send a replacement at no cost. This is separate from the 60-night test.
